OSPA Professional Standards
Our Professional Members (i.e., Attorneys, Medical Providers, Mental Health Providers) must be licensed in Oregon and be in good standing with their governing body.
Our Business Members (i.e., Surrogacy Agencies, Donor Agencies) must be an actively registered entity with the Oregon Secretary of State.
Our Members do not give or receive financial compensation or gifts-in-kind in exchange for professional referrals.
Our Members follow the Code of Conduct set by their individual governing body and/or professional organization.
