Oregon Surrogacy Professionals Association
Oregon Surrogacy Professionals Association (OSPA) welcomes anyone actively working in the surrogacy and assisted reproductive technologies field to join. We collectively approach surrogacy as a collaborative field and believe that working together makes for a better surrogacy experience for the clients we serve.
OSPA is a registered 501(c)6 non-profit entity. Read the OSPA Bylaws here.
OSPA meets bi-monthly for professional discussion of relevant topics, referrals, and professional development. Our meetings include professional development, guest speakers and an opportunity to connect with and learn from other professionals in the assisted reproduction field.

Classes of Membership:
Voting Members:

Voting Members are actively engaged in a surrogacy-related profession; must be a licensed provider in good standing with their Oregon regulatory board and/or a registered business entity in the state of Oregon; must have been in business a minimum of 2 years or be sponsored by a member in good standing; must agree to follow OSPA Standards

Voting Members pay yearly dues

Voting Members in good standing may attend meetings; sit on committees; vote for board members; provide input for consideration before a board vote on a matter; are eligible for future discounts on OSPA events, meeting, conferences, etc; are listed in the OSPA Online Member Directory

A Voting Member in good standing has completed the membership application and been accepted; has paid dues; has attended at least 3 meetings. To maintain good standing, a member must be current on dues and have attended at least 1 meeting the previous year.
Non-Voting Members:

Non-Voting members are surrogacy-related professionals just starting out in Oregon who desire to learn about industry best practices in Oregon. Non-Voting Membership is open to anyone who is a surrogacy professional, regardless of licensing or State of Oregon registration. Non-Voting members must agree to follow OSPA Standards.

Friends of OSPA:

Friends of OSPA are people who believe in the Mission and Vision of OSPA and want to stay connected.

Friends of OSPA will be invited to attend 2 public meetings a year.

Friends of OSPA do not pay dues.
